  • How do I place an order at www.paulieclothing.com?

    Placing an order is easy and straightforward.

    There are a number of ways to shop:

    You can use the clothing, bags and shoes links. Or you can browse by designer or by catalogue. Once you have selected your item, select your size and colour and click on the “Add to shopping bag” button. Click on the “Shopping bag” link at the top of the page to review your items. Use the “Remove item” button to delete items from your shopping bag if you wish. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the “Proceed to checkout” button

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    Yes, you do. It is quick and easy to create an account. It will enable you to log in at any time to view your orders and your purchase history, to shop quicker next time (as your address details will be saved) and to take advantage of our promotional emails and offers. If you prefer not to receive any offers or information from Paulie Clothing, please email us at info@paulieclothing.com.

  • I forgot my password. What can I do?

    On your log in page you will find an option ‘Can’t remember password’. Simply click on this button and follow the straightforward prompts on screen. You will then receive your password by email.

    Simply click HERE to view the conversion charts to match the designers’ size scheme for our products.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Delta, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron cards.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can. Simply email us at info@paulieclothing.com before we have dispatched the goods to you.

    If the goods have already been dispatched to you, please refer to the refunds and exchange section in our Terms & Conditions page.

  • How do you ship orders?

    Central London Orders: We will endeavour to deliver all central London orders that are placed before 12pm with same day courier service, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.

    All other UK Orders: All other UK Orders will be sent with Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery.

    Europe and Rest of the world: Orders will be sent with our preferred international courier.

  • Which countries does Paulie Clothing ship to?

  • What are your shipping rates and estimated delivery times?

    Central London
    We will endeavor to deliver the same day within Central London (for all orders placed online before 12pm)

    Royal Mail, Special Delivery, Next day delivery before 1pm (for all orders placed online before 12pm)

    Europe
    Our preferred international courier, 1-2 working days - £18.00

    Rest of the World
    Our preferred international courier, 2-3 working days - £23.00

  • Can I track my order?

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Once your package has been despatched, you will receive an email providing you your unique tracking number and an estimated time of arrival. You can track the status of your shipment by clicking the relevant link in the email.

  • Do I need to sign for my package upon delivery?

    Yes, we require a proof of delivery for all orders. We are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

  • How do I know that my order was placed successfully?

    After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that your order has been received. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will be in contact to inform you. We will only charge you for the value of the items in stock.

  • When will I be charged?

    After your order has been confirmed, we will process the payment but hold off taking the money until the item has been shipped to you. Only then will we complete the payment process.

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your Goods, you may return them to us undamaged, unused and in a saleable condition, together with a proof of purchase, within 14 days of the purchase date and you will be eligible for a credit note or refund.

    Simply request a returns number within 7 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to info@paulieclothing.com with your order number. Please state whether you would like do an exchange or a refund. Once you have your returns number, return your goods in a securely wrapped parcel to Paul Davis Retail Ltd, 31 Clifton Road, Maida Vale, London, W9 1SY, United Kingdom with the original invoice and a copy of the email with your returns number. Paul Davis Retail Ltd cannot be held responsible for Goods lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend you send the Goods to us by Registered Post. Customers are required to return unwanted Goods at their own cost.

    Once Goods are received into our warehouse we will contact you within 48 hours and your refund will then be processed as quickly as possible. You will be refunded the full value of your purchases (excluding shipping costs), back to the credit card used to make your purchase.

  • Is my personal information kept private?

    All the information you share with us will be kept private and confidential. We will never share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

    Please note that we may use the information you provided us to inform you of any news or special events. However, if you prefer not to receive these emails, please send an email to info@paulieclothing.com.

  • Will there be any additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

    UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched to the United Kingdom and to the European Union destinations.

    Countries outside the EU will be shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means we will not include any relevant duties and taxes in the product prices. You are liable for all the import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your from customs.

  • How do I get a promotional code?

    When you set up an account with us, we may send you promotional offers and discounts from time to time.

    Please be aware that each promotional code is unique and has a validity date.
