If you are not completely satisfied with your Goods, you may return them to us undamaged, unused and in a saleable condition, together with a proof of purchase, within 14 days of the purchase date and you will be eligible for a credit note or refund.
Simply request a returns number within 7 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to info@paulieclothing.com with your order number.
Please state whether you would like do an exchange or a refund. Once you have your returns number, return your goods in a securely wrapped parcel to
Paul Davis Retail Ltd, 31 Clifton Road, Maida Vale, London, W9 1SY, United Kingdom with the original invoice and a copy of the email with your returns number.
Paul Davis Retail Ltd cannot be held responsible for Goods lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend you send the Goods to us by Registered Post.
Customers are required to return unwanted Goods at their own cost.
Once Goods are received into our warehouse we will contact you within 48 hours and your refund will then be processed as quickly as possible.
You will be refunded the full value of your purchases (excluding shipping costs), back to the credit card used to make your purchase.
